Reorganized California Rules of Court
The Judicial Council approved a proposal to reorganize the California Rules of Court at its June 30, 2006 business meeting. New and amended rules adopted by the Judicial Council in the Fall of 2006 will be incorporated into the reorganized rules. The reorganized California Rules of Court will become effective on January 1, 2007. Link to reorganized California Rules of Court. |
