CATERING SERVICES
Project Title: AOC-NCRO On-Site Catering
The AOC seeks the services of a vendor with expertise in providing professional, catering services for meetings taking place within the conference rooms located at 2880 Gateway Oaks Drive (Suite 300) and 2860 Gateway Oaks Drive (Suite 400), Sacramento.
The AOC seeks to identify and retain qualified vendors to prepare, deliver, set-up and tear-down catered meals, in a professional manner with the utmost attention to detail. This RFP is the means for prospective vendors to submit their qualifications to the AOC and request selection as a vendor.
There will be a pre-proposal Bidders Conference Call for this Request for Proposal (RFP) on October 30, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. See the RFP for instructions to participate in the Bidders Conference Call.
Any questions regarding RFP No. ASU-1006-RB must be sent to solicitations@jud.ca.gov no later than 1:00 p.m., November 6, 2006.
Written proposals must be received by the Administrative Office of the Courts, at the address provided below, no later than 1:00 p.m., on November 13, 2006.
