Q: When are Judicial Council forms available on this Web site?

A: Generally new and revised forms are available on the California Courts Web site just prior to their effective date. This practice avoids the filing of forms that are not yet effective. The new and revised forms are available at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/. The new and revised forms cannot be filled out online but must be printed and then filled out.
