The Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, is located at 925 N. Spurgeon Street in Santa Ana and may be reached by airplane, train, bus or car. Click one of the following for automobile directions to the Court, parking or admittance to the Court.
A. Automobile Directions
- Driving south on Interstate 5
Travel south on Interstate 5, exiting on Main Street South. Turn right at the top of the off ramp onto Main Street. Continue to 10th Street and make a left turn. At second stop sign (Spurgeon) make a right turn. We are located on the left side of Spurgeon Street between 10th and 9th Streets.
- Driving north on Interstate 5
Travel north on Interstate 5, exiting on Santa Ana/Grand, make a left turn onto Grand Avenue. Travel under freeway overpass to first light, turn right onto Santa Ana Boulevard. Continue to Bush Street and turn right. Travel 3 blocks to 9th Street and turn right. One block to Spurgeon; make a left turn. We are located on the right side of Spurgeon Street between 9th and 10th Streets.
- Driving from John Wayne Airport
Follow signs pointing to the 55 Freeway North (Riverside). Take the 55 Freeway North and continue until you reach the Interstate 5 Freeway going north. Follow "Driving north on Interstate 5" directions above.
B. Parking
Handicap parking is located at the back entry to the court. Access to this parking is by way of the driveway located at the south end of the building. Additional parking is at two hour metered spaces available on the streets surrounding the court.
C. Admittance to the court
The main entrance to the court is located on Spurgeon Street. A public elevator is available to the back of the building. Signs are posted directing you to the foyer to permit access to the elevator. A handicap ramp is located on the north side of the building on 10th Street. Persons wishing to enter the building via this ramp will need to make advance arrangements with the court services officer as a security card is required at this entry location.
Settlement Conference Driving Directions
Settlement conferences generally are held at the court’s settlement conference facilities, located in the Civic Center Professional Building, at 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana - about 3/4 mile west of the courthouse. Settlement conferences also may be held at the courthouse.
