The clinic can help by providing information about the many procedures, filings and deadlines appellants and respondents will encounter throughout the appeals process. You may be eligible to attend a free, self-help clinic provided by Public Counsel for indigent civil litigants. To qualify for assistance, all you will need to show is an order granting a waiver of fees or otherwise establish that you are an indigent self-represented litigant under the guidelines of the Public Counsel
